Since its inception the company has completed projects from New York City to Montauk Point on Eastern Long Island. JJR’s projects have included residential developments, renovations, and award winning custom designed luxury homes. Superior projects are created after our dedicated staff apply their knowledge and expertise to the many complicated steps of the construction process. Our experience in the predevelopment approval phase and the installation of all required infrastructure such as roads, drainage and utilities is second to none. In 1996 the JJR Group expanded by opening an office in Wilmington, North Carolina. Thus JJR Builders and Renovators, N.C. began operations in the specialized field of custom home construction. Today the craftsmanship in the many beautiful homes built is the trademark of this operation. In
1999 JJR decided to expand their scope of services by creating an
international arm capable of executing multi-family residential
construction projects in Central America. To accomplish this goal
it joined forces with PFV & CIA LTDA a prestigious and experienced
architectural and construction firm from Colombia, South America.
Today JJR-PFV Construcciones S.A. is currently building residential
units in Panama and Costa Rica. |
